Lovely dual-aspect apartment of about 35 m², sea view, air-conditioned, fully equipped, contemporary design: kitchenette in the living room opening onto the bedroom, sofa bed for 2, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double, WC and shower room located in the bedroom (open to the living room), sunny balcony with sea view and a shaded terrace on the Corniche des Arbousiers path side.

In a naturist setting, the apartment is on the 1st floor of an independent residence, on the heights of Héliopolis, only 200 m from the lively village square and all its amenities.

The highlight: an exceptional sea view towards the mainland from the balcony!

The kitchenette includes hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and ice maker. Please note: the water heater holds 15 litres; allow 30 minutes to reheat. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival. Free Wi-Fi.

🌿 Naturisme

Héliopolis, on the Île du Levant, is one of Europe's oldest naturist villages (1931). Naturism is practised freely throughout the domain and on the beaches (Plage des Grottes, Bain de Diane); in the village centre, on the square and in the shops, minimal clothing is required. The island is car-free; access by boat from Le Lavandou or Hyères (Tour Fondue harbour).
