For many naturists a private pool is the real luxury of a holiday: swimming naked at any hour, with no pool rules or opening times and no other guests around. It is also the easiest option for a first naturist holiday as a couple or with friends.
A private pool does not tell you everything. Before booking, check three things on the listing or with the owner: whether the garden is overlooked (hedges, enclosed garden, neighbours), the pool season and heating, and whether the owner lives on site.

Does a private pool mean the garden is not overlooked?
Not necessarily. The pool is for your use only, but the garden may still be visible from a path or a neighbouring house. Listings that mention an enclosed or non-overlooked garden say so; otherwise ask the owner before booking.
Is the pool open all year round?
Rarely. Most private pools are open from May or June to September; some are heated or covered, which extends the season. The listing or the owner will give you the exact dates.
Why are there so few places on this page?
